Applicant Registration - Residential/Commercial Construction
As of March 1, 2014, the Department of Permitting Services will accept online permit applications and electronic plan submissions for residential and commercial (including electrical and fire) construction permits. Please join DPS staff for one of the training sessions to learn how to use this new paperless process.
DPS must create an ePlans account for you and/or your business. At least one week before your scheduled training date, you must provide your name, your business name, business address, phone number and email address.
