Why this survey is important

We are preparing the first atlas of community foundations and community philanthropies, and we would like you to be part of it.

The Community Foundation Atlas will build a sense of community among community philanthropists around the globe through storytelling, data sharing, and dialogue. The Atlas will contain information about the identities, locations, assets and roles of organizations as provided by the organizations themselves.

The Atlas will be published in 2014 to coincide with the centenary of the first community foundation in Cleveland Ohio.

To safeguard the ethics of the data collection process, we are using the WINGS Philanthropy Data Charter, which can be found at http://www.wingsweb.org/?page=data_charter.

This survey will take between 7 and 9 minutes to complete. In case of difficulty with the survey, please email me Barry Knight at barryknight@cranehouse.eu.
