Welcome to TSSA's Fair & Equal Pay survey for our members working in Amey. TSSA is committed to securing fair and equal pay for all our members. While we are currently in dispute with Amey over the 'headline' annual pay award, collective bargaining and allowances we are also concerned about whether people doing the same job are paid different amounts. The purpose of this survey is to provide us with the relevant information to enable us to evaluate if our members are being paid fairly. This is an annonymous survey, so please give us as much info as you can, so that we can establish if there are any patterns of unfair or unequal pay
