1. Introduction
In previous years TSSA has conducted pay surveys for our members to gather your views on what your priorities are and 2014 is no different.
We have had some suggestions from members who are working under contracts that are currently being tendered that they would like to keep the pay claim simple in order to try and get the claim resolved by the anniversary date of 1st March 2014. If they then TUPE transfer out of the business there will be less complication if their pay is resolved before the transfer happens.
Therefore we are keeping this survey simple and if the feedback that you provide suggests we need to look at more detail then we will resurvey out before the deadline for submission of our pay claim (End of October 2013).
