1. Introduction

Following the sucess of the collective bargaining campaign and TSSA acheiving a membership density of more than 40% +1 of the A-C Grades within Amey Consulting Rail we now have a wider number of staff who will benefit from the outcome of any pay increase negotiated by TSSA.

This survey is not limited to just Amey Consulting and is being sent to all of our members within Amey Inter Urban Rail and Consulting Rail as we want your collective voice to be heard and taken on board by the company. As ever the stronger our membership the stronger that voice will be and the more we can achieve on your behalf.
The claim that your reps take forward belongs to all of the members and requires your input for it to be most effective. It is important that you let us know your views on this issue so they can be taken forward. You can be assured that your responses will be kept confidential and will only be used to gain a general consensus of what our members seek to achieve.

We need as many members as possible to participate in the survey which should only take a few minutes to complete. The information you provide us with will form the basis of our discussions with management when we meet.
