Introduction:
Thank you for taking the time to fill in this survey. We have endeavoured to keep this as brief as possible, but need as much information as you can give us to help improve our communication with you.
Council is dedicated to improving its communication with all community members, and is grateful for your help in making this happen. Please refer this survey on to friends and family – the more results we receive, the better we can focus and improve our communication with you.
There are three sections to this survey.
The first will require some writing as we seek to understand what we can do to communicate with you better, and where we are currently communicating well or poorly.
The second asks how you find out information from Council and how we can improve this.
The third asks for some information about you to help us communicate with you better.
