At Boston Children's Hospital, we are developing a curriculum on Disclosure and Apology after adverse medical events and errors.
We will design an interactive program to help you develop your skills in communicating with patients, families and colleagues about medical errors and adverse events.
We are interested in better understanding your needs as a practitioner in relation to this Disclosure and Apology curriculum. This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. All information will be anonymous and any results that are reported by us will be de-identified and presented in aggregate form.

Who we are:
The Institute for Professionalism and Ethical Practice (IPEP) is an interdisciplinary educational initiative. We specialize in developing and conducting innovative educational programs and interventions focused on difficult conversations occurring across a wide range of settings in pediatric and adult medicine.
OPENPediatrics (OP) is a free, open access, peer-reviewed, digital learning platform that utilizes the latest in innovative technology to provide robust continuing medical education. The program is working to create a global community of practitioners who can exchange ideas and best practices, regardless of resources, to improve pediatric care across the world.
