In support of APEC’s Women in Transportation (WiT) initiative, the US-APEC Technical Assistance to Advance Regional Integration (US-ATAARI) project is reaching out to private companies and sector associations about how they promote the inclusion of women in the transportation sector. Particularly with respect to women’s education, access to jobs, retention, and leadership opportunities across the sector, we aim to identify best practices that companies and other service-providers have used to strengthen the presence and contributions of women. In addition, we seek additional information about the availability and usefulness of transportation-related metrics in each economy, particularly in the form of sex-disaggregated statistics. Your thorough response to this survey will contribute to as detailed and useful a set of recommendations as possible. Also, please note that information provided about your company or association in this survey will not be publicly disclosed. It will be used in aggregate assessments only, unless permission is otherwise sought and granted. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Ann Shikany (ann.shikany@dot.gov) of the U.S. Department of Transportation, or the US-ATAARI team through Ms. Ann Katsiak (akatsiak@nathaninc.com), Ms. Louise Williams (lwilliams@nathaninc.com), and Ms. Tess Perselay (tperselay@nathaninc.com). Thank you for your participation.

Note: We encourage all respondents filling out this survey to provide thorough answers, which may take a significant period of time. You are not able to save a draft of your answers using this form, so we encourage users to complete the survey in a word document and copy and paste all answers when you have completed the survey in its entirety.
