This survey is being conducted jointly by Alberta Ecotrust Foundation and the Alberta Environmental Network in order understand the current issue priorities, activities and capacity needs of Alberta based environmental nonprofits.
At Alberta Ecotrust and the Alberta Environmental Network, we are committed to protecting the privacy of the nonprofit organizations we support. We value the trust of the public and community we work with, and recognize that this trust requires us to be transparent and accountable in protecting your organizational information. Data collected through AEN Directory will be shared with Alberta Ecotrust. We will ensure that any information you share with us will be carefully protected and used only for the purpose for which it was obtained, in addition to communicating with you in an appropriate manner.
The organizational capacity survey information will be used for the sole purpose of evaluating the current needs of the community. The information collected about your organization will only be reported publicly in aggregate form or such a form that will not attribute statements or opinions to specific individuals or organizations without your prior consent.
The information will be used to guide the development of programs and services for Alberta environmental non-profits. Information collected will be kept separate from and not shared with the Grant Review Committee or used as part of decisions pertaining to Alberta Ecotrust Foundation’s grant programs.
