0 - We don't have any good backup or disaster recovery plans.

1 - We have a "standard" backup system to tapes or disks but we depend upon "someone" to stay on top of it.

2 - We have a "standard" backup system and are confident our IT provider is keeping an eye on it and making sure we are protected AND we have confidence "someone" is taking backups offsite.

3 - We have a BDR (Backup and Disaster Recovery) solution in place which automatically sends data offsite and we are confident it is working.

4 - We have a BDR solution in place, sending data offsite, with a local failover option and are confident it is working.
