Nominees may enter one of the three judged categories (Curtin Entrepreneur Award, Innovator Award or City of Perth Young Entrepreneur Award) as well as the People's Choice Award.
If nominating for two awards (1 judged + People's Choice): Please complete the judged category of your choice FIRST and then answer YES when prompted to also enter the People's Choice Award.
* In order to enter the awards and be eligible to win, you must:
a. Comply with the terms, in particular the rules for entry set out below
b. Enter online
c. Nomination is Free of Charge. Should you choose to attend, Event tickets are $135. You will be directed to this page at the end of the nomination process and here you can choose to purchase your ticket (we recommend getting in asap as this event will sell out).
d. Nominees may enter one judged category as well as the People's Choice award. No charge is incurred for the People's Choice Award (or any of the categories).
e. Your entry must be submitted by midnight Australian Western Standard Time on 10th April 2015
