This survey aims to find out parents’ views about letting their teenage children drink alcohol. The results of the survey will be used to help develop public health messages about teen drinking. If you have a son or daughter aged 12 to 17, you can complete this survey. You can choose whether to complete the survey anonymously or leave contact details so that you can be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Mall voucher. All survey findings will be treated in the strictest confidence and no personal details will be included in the findings or any subsequent report or campaign. Closing date: Tuesday, April 7.
