The purpose of this survey is to gather information from parents and community members regarding the restructuring of the grade level buildings and programs that will be offered to our students during the 2011-2012 school year.

This survey will take only a few minutes of your time. Your input is important to the District. The administrators will review all comments and will evaluate each comment's effect on student success. This information will be used by the administration to help with decision making.

The Survey is open through Friday, May 6 at 3:00 p.m.

Question Title

* 1. The district will be restructuring grade levels so that there will only be three buildings open for student use.

If Bright Start is left open, the building configurations will be as follows: BSE (PK-2), Intermediate (3-7), High School (8-12). If Lakeview Elementary is left open, the building configurations will be as follows: LE (PK-3), Intermediate (4-7), High School (8-12).
