The Enabling Change SIG is looking to collect case studies and lessons identified on managing change projects. Our goal is to share these case studies via the APM website with others who would like to learn about how to manage change effectively. This means sharing both the high and low points, the good, the bad and the damn right ugly.
To this end, we would appreciate any examples that you can share (please complete one survey per case study). Your examples can be anonymous, and please share as much or as little detail as you are comfortable with.
