Thank you for taking part in our survey on youth homelessness. Your responses will contribute to our Young & Homeless 2014 report, which has been commissioned by the DCLG. Our report will look at young single people who are homeless, including both statutory and non-statutory homeless people. Your responses will help us improve Government policy. Last year the results fed into the development of the Government’s Fair Chance Fund and Platform for Life funding.
The survey will take about 30 minutes to complete. NEW FOR THIS YEAR is that you will be able to re-enter the survey at any time so you do not need to complete it all in one sitting. However you will need to finish the page you are on before leaving the survey and coming back to it. You may find it useful to read through the survey PDF that is attached to this email before starting your answers online. You may also find it useful to pass this on to other colleagues if you are answering different parts of the survey.
The information you provide will be kept confidential and anonymous.
Most of the questions in the survey ask for actual numbers of young people. Please estimate these figures if you cannot provide accurate numbers.
You can complete the survey for a single project, or for a group of projects. However, if you have several projects and they are located in different regions, please complete separate surveys for each of the regions in which you have projects. This will allow us to compile the results by region and pick up any regional issues or trends.
