Thank you for playing USTA League Tennis. Now tell us a little bit about yourself and your team.
In addition to scores and results at league matches, we’re interested in learning more about the special human dynamics that make up your team. Thinking of your team as a whole or as individuals, please use this form to describe experiences encountered on your road to the Section Championships. This may be tennis-related OR not. It may include personal triumphs (ex. John Smith overcomes injury to win championships match for team), team glories (ex. Team Middle States creates fundraiser for cancer research), fun facts (ex. Team Includes three Brother/Sister Siblings). It could even be the significance of your team name, or anything else of interest.
If you would like your team to receive publicity and have information about your team on our website, Facebook, Twitter, NetPLAY Magazine, or in any of the other USTA Middle States’ media outlets, please complete this form and email to netplay@ms.usta.com, or fax to 610-935-5484. Also, feel free to include a team photo, questions or any other ideas.
