1. Information for Trainees

Each trainee is required to complete a minimum of two Trainee Assessment of Training Terms (TATTs) each year; however it should be noted that trainees are encouraged to complete a TATT for each training term undertaken.
This assessment is administered by the RANZCR to improve the teaching and training of trainees.
This assessment is intended to:
a) be part of an internal review process for your department
b) provide a framework within which to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of both the overall training program and the educational value of the particular term completed
RESPONSES WILL BE COLLATED AND DE-IDENTIFIED PRIOR TO DISSEMINATION
DEIDENTIFIED COLLATED RESPONSES WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH TRAINING SITE, AND TO THE RADIATION ONCOLOGY EDUCATION BOARD.
TRAINEES ARE ASSURED THAT CONFIDENTIALITY AND DE-IDENTIFICATION WILL BE ENSURED AND MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES
