There are two types of commercial license:

Internal: If several people in your company from different departments i.e. Purchasing, Sales, Management, Accounting need to have visibility of a CRU Monitor or price then a license is the most cost-effective mechanism

External: If you are referencing a CRU price in your contractual agreements then you need a commercial license in order to share the price data with external counterparties
