Facilitator: UT-Knoxville Facilitator, Dr. Mary Lucal

Location: UC Signal Mountain Room
Facilitator Bio: Mary is a native of Ohio. She attended the College of Wooster (BA), Ohio State University (BS), and Lesley University in Boston (MS in HR management). She holds certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and recently completed the Higher Education Administration doctoral program here at UT. Her research interests include adult education, leadership ethics, and crisis management.
Prior to working at UT, she was an HR Consultant at Harvard University. She worked as a Recruiter, Employee Relations Counselor, Senior Trainer, and Director of Talent Management in Knoxville’s Office of Human Resources prior to assuming her current position, Director of Employee Relations and Recruitment.
Mary is an avid gardener and enjoys birdwatching and shuttling her son to various adventure destinations!
