Mid-Term Academic Alert Assessment Survey: Faculty Survey

The Mid-Term Academic Alert pilot is a tool that may or may not be useful. An alert tool should be considered effective when students are (1) alerted to their poor performance in a class, and (2) are able to find new strategies to do better in the course, or have adequate time to withdraw before mid-semester.
