The Jewish Federation is committed to maximizing participation for all children and youth in activities available in the community. We want to learn from you about what would make it easier for your children to be involved in community activities. Your input is very important to us.

This survey is one way that the Federation Planning Council is gathering this information. This survey should take about ten minutes to complete. The information that we collect will help us introduce specific strategies that can be implemented to increase participation and overcome some present barriers.

Thank you for your time.
