Post Occupancy Evaluation Lead-Off Survey: 

For the Parents and Guardians of Students in New Mexico Public Schools

This survey is designed to ask about your experiences and views with respect to the new or newly-renovated school that your children are attending. 

It's purpose is to raise the bar on New Mexico’s school design and development processes. 

We would be grateful if you would share your experiences, opinions, viewpoints and advice in this short survey.  Your feedback will be invaluable, and will be respectfully and carefully considered.  The survey should only take about five minutes to complete.

All responses will be anonymous, and will only be used for the evaluation of the new or newly-renovated school that your child or children attend.
