The Athens City School Board is considering accepting an offer from the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) to modernize and/or replace our current school buildings. This offer would allow the District to leverage money from the State with a small local tax issue to modernize or replace district facilities. Prior to discussing specific building options, the Board and Administrative Team would like to garner input from community members and staff in regards to district programming, configuration, and perceived needs.
