Regularly, we have parents asking us for recommendations on acquiring an instrument for their student(s). While buying a new instrument is easiest, it's also the most expensive. Most parents prefer to buy used.
Then it hit us...what if ROOTS opened a consignment store that offered quality used instruments that could be purchased at a significant discount off of new prices?
• Maybe you have an instrument sitting in your house that's no longer being used? Would you like to sell it?
• Maybe you're a parent of an enthusiastic student who is begging you to buy an instrument, but you don't really want to buy new...yet.
While we think this service would serve our students, families and local community well, we'd like to hear from you.
