The Digital Citizenship Parent Engagement Committee is interested in determining the best ways to communicate information and engage parents in conversations around Digital Citizenship. Basically, Digital Citizenship is a broad topic that is focused on how our children use technology to learn and interact in a safe and responsible manner. Use of technology to learn and use of technology to communicate with others through a variety of avenues including social media is no longer limited to older students. It is a topic that is relevant from a very young age as our children increasingly become engaged with technology.
