'Dare to be a teacher!' began as a two-day, mixed abilities course at the 2014 Edinburgh International Harp Festival. Supported by The Clarsach Society, the course was free to participants and aimed to facilitate learning in areas across Scotland and beyond where there's a lack of formal tuition. The course was led by experienced teachers, Isobel Mieras and Wendy Stewart, who shared their knowledge, skill and enjoyment of teaching the harp to students of all ages and abilities on an individual basis as well as part of a group.

The response to the course was extremely positive, so we are now considering how we can expand on this. If you are willing, we would welcome your thoughts by completing this short survey.
