Background Information

ContinYou Cymru has commissioned The People & Work Unit, an independent charity, to evaluate the CânSing Programme. This questionnaire is a vital element in assessing the impact of the CânSing Programme in the pilot schools. As a Local Authority participating in this pilot programme a commitment was made to engage with the evaluation phase and we would very much appreciate your help.

Your responses will be used to inform the evaluation and will be kept confidential.
