Identifying gaps in service provision for disabled children/young people, their families and carers |
Healthwatch Cheshire West want disabled children and young people, their families and carers in West Cheshire to share views on what is good and what is bad about the local services you access.
We also want to know about what services are missing and good ideas to make things better.
We will use your views and ideas to talk to the people in charge of planning and providing services and make sure that they listen to you.
If you are aged between 0 and 25 and access health and social care services, or care for or support someone who does, there are four questions below that we would like you to answer.
