Sequoia Union High School District is embarking on an effort to create a Facilities Master Plan for each of the high school campuses. The information gathered in this questionnaire will provide LPA, the architecture firm working specifically with Menlo-Atherton High School, with a more thorough understanding of the features within the learning spaces and the overall school facility that you believe are most crucial in supporting educational program needs and goals, teacher satisfaction, and student engagement and achievement.
The following survey will take about 10 to 15 minutes at most to complete. The intent of these questions is to better understand the degree to which various features and resources currently exist in your school, as well as to learn which features are most important in supporting and enhancing the teaching/learning experience moving forward. From this information, we will get a better sense of what is needed, long-term, to support your school's objectives and goals in the future. We thank you in advance for your participation!
