Full Service Community Schools Teacher Survey: 2013

Your school is part of the Boston’s Full Service Community Schools grant that was received from the U.S. Department of Education. The goal of Full Service Community Schools (FSCS) is to improve academic outcomes by strengthening academic interventions and enrichments and by attending to the health and emotional well-being of students and their families. At FSCSs, community organizations work in partnership with the school to provide supports, services, and opportunities that students and families need which will create a productive learning environment overall.

This survey is part of DELTAS efforts to document the development of FSCS approaches in your school. The questions in this survey ask you about your experiences and opinions; there are no right or wrong answers. The survey is anonymous. No one will know what any individual has said as results will be reported as a group. Your responses are completely anonymous. In fact, only the evaluator will look at completed questionnaires and raw data.

Your opinions and direct feedback is most appreciated. DELTAS will use these results to help improve the services each year.
