You are being invited to take part in a research study for James Whale Fund for Kidney Cancer and Kidney Cancer Scotland about our Patient Days. Before you decide whether or not to take part, it is important for you to understand why the research is being carried out and what it will involve. Please take time to read the following information carefully.
Following our last season of patient days we are looking to review those events in order to improve their scope, availability and structure in 2014. Whether or not you have attended we would like to hear from you!
The questionnaire is estimated to take around 5 minutes to complete. We really appreciate your involvement which will help us improve the services we offer to patients and their families. All your responses will be kept strictly confidential and any data stored will be used and retained in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998 and ICC/ESOMAR Code on Market and Social Research.
If you have attended one of our patient days, you may have already been asked to fill in a feedback form. However, please note the following questionnaire will be supplementary to the information already provided.
