Thank you for participating in this research. What follows is a brief questionnaire that will ask you about your experiences with three types of marketing communications: face-to-face word of mouth, online word of mouth, and official marketing communications such as public relations material, which is disseminated by a company. The questionnaire should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete. Additionally, you will be asked about your prior impressions towards gaming downloadable content, and your likelihood of purchasing such products in the near future.

As your time is valuable, I am offering an incentive for your participation in this questionnaire. Four main prizes of a $50 online voucher for your console of choice, as well as four runner-up prizes of a $20 online voucher are on offer. Providing a contact email address at the end of this questionnaire will enter you into the draw, however providing this contact email address is optional. You are free to withdraw your participation at any point without question, and are not obligated to begin or complete this questionnaire. However, your participation is greatly valued.
