Building Code Revision Survey

The Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS) Department is currently revising the Minimum Building and Structures code (MBSC) and would like your input on some planned changes.  The MBSC establishes minimum standards for basic equipment and facilities for construction, light, ventilation, heating, sanitation, security, fire and life safety in structures and on related premises.  NCS handles approximately 350 cases a year that are regulated by the Minimum Building and Structures Code.  To read the full text of the changes please click here. To fill out the 10 question survey, click the "next" button below.
