2015-2016 District Support Staff Employee of the Year Nomination Form

The Kuna School District and Kuna Educational Association invite your nominations of KSD support staff members who deserve to be recognized for their contributions to the children of the Kuna community. District support staff includes: district office employees, technology employees, transportation employees, maintenance employees, nurses, school psychs, social workers, and speech and language specialists. A staff member from the District Support staff category will be honored at the Educator of the Year Celebration event on May 2 at 7:45 am in the Kuna Performing Arts Center located within Kuna High School.
