Welcome to the Portland Business Alliance Annual Membership Survey.

We rely greatly on the honest suggestions and direction given by you, our members, and we appreciate your participation! Responses from the Annual Membership Survey will help guide programs, communication methods and policy initiatives of the Portland Business Alliance to better serve the needs of our members.

The following survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Those that submit a completed survey (along with their contact information) will be entered to win two tickets on Southwest Airlines, and the first 20 people that complete the survey will be sent a Starbucks gift card! In order to be entered to win the tickets, you must submit the survey by Friday, May 31 . You may still complete the survey after May 31, however after this date you will not be entered to win the Southwest tickets.
