For presentations accredited for both CME and ACCENT® credit, you will first be required to complete a short quiz before claiming your continuing education credits. The quiz takes only about 5 minutes to complete and contains 3 or 4 multiple-choice or true/false questions about the presentation. After passing the quiz, you will be directed to the AACC website. You will be asked to enter a log-in number and password. If you don’t already have a log-in number with AACC, simply create an account to obtain your log-in number and create a password. Follow the link to complete the evaluation form and obtain your certificate.
