* 1. Scotland is to have further devolution in the wake of the recent referendum, and the following reforms have been suggested for England. Please tick all those that you support.

A reduction in the number of seats that Scotland sends to Westminster – but with its MPs able to vote on Commons matters as at present, including English ones.

The devolution of power to regional government in some form.

English votes for English laws – with MPs for non-English seats barred from voting on English business at the committee stage.

English votes for English laws – with MPs for non-English seats barred from voting on English business at all stages.

An English Parliament – in other words, English Ministers for English matters, as well as English votes for English laws.

A fully federal UK – with no MPs from non-English constituencies at Westminster at all, and representatives from the four UK Parliaments and Assemblies meeting when necessary to discuss such federal matters as foreign affairs and defence.
