The Academic Health Department (AHD) Learning Community aims to support its members in developing, maintaining, and expanding AHD partnerships between public health practice organizations and academic institutions. This needs assessment is being conducted to learn more about members’ needs and priorities, so that the Learning Community can focus its efforts where they will be most helpful to members. Your feedback on the needs assessment will help shape the future activities and resources of the Learning Community to better meet your needs. The needs assessment contains 15 questions, which we anticipate will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Results will be shared with the Learning Community in aggregate, and individually identifiable information will not be released publicly without permission.
