NGA and Balance Innovations are once again teaming up to update benchmarks and best practices for the Payments Benchmark study. The study, initially conducted in 2013, is designed to create understanding of industry payment practices relative to cash, check, debit and credit management, payments automation and other payments related topics, such as coupons and e-commerce.
