The American Lung Association in Illinois has partnered with the Illinois Soybean Association to provide biodiesel information and education to fleets throughout the state. Due to this partnership, the ALAIL and ISA have developed this survey to learn more about Illinois fleets and their knowledge about biodiesel. All Illinois fleets are invited to participate, regardless of their use of the alternative fuel.
This survey is designed as a pre-test/post-test to better help us understand what type of information fleets already know, and what information fleets may be interested in learning about. It will only take 3-5 minutes to complete.
For participating in this survey, all individuals will be entered to win a Chromebook laptop. The recipient of the laptop will be contacted by July 18, 2014 . The recipient will be randomly selected. Multiple survey entries will not increase your chance of receiving the laptop. You must be employed by a transportation company or within the transportation department of a company to qualify for the laptop. The survey ends June 30, 2014.
