Customer demand for improved web-based services is driving new developments for Wolverhampton City Council’s website, www.wolverhampton.gov.uk.
The council is introducing a new website Content Management System (CMS) designed to help the council’s customers find the information they need more quickly and easily.
The results of a series of website testing sessions made it clear that our customers want us to make it easier for them to find the information they need to access most frequently – and to give it to them in plain English.
So, we have created a new website starting with this popular information, everything from bin collection dates and leisure centre opening hours through to renewing and reserving library books is covered.
Before we move on to the rest of our online service information, we want to know what our customers think of the changes so far.
With this in mind, we would like your feedback, comments and suggestions to help us continue to make improvements.
