Whitelist Countries with Shipping Policies

Recently added features to the Shipping Policies allow you to:

1. Enable/disable individual policies

2. Reset Shipping Policies to default settings

3. Indicate which countries' shipping costs you want to handle manually with each order placed.

4. Indicate which countries you do not ship to by removing policies for those countries. This will prevent buyers in those countries from adding your items to their cart.
