You have received this invitation to participate in the Hearing Voices Network Aotearoa peer support network survey. The survey information will be used for funding applications in order for our network to add resources to grow the network and grow groups and to resource group facilitators.
The feedback you provide is immensely useful for our network. At present we have no funding to grow the network and the committee wants to complete an application to the frozen funds trust amongst others in order for us to meet our strategic direction goals. Please be assured that all responses are confidential and no individuals or organisations will be named in the evaluation report. The question about disability support relates to other possible funding areas that have been possibly identified.

* The results of the survey will be reported to the hearing voices network and to everyone who fills out this survey and who indicates they want to receive the summary survey results
* Keepwell Ltd is voluntarily supporting the design, development and dissemination of this survey and has the resource to do this. Keepwell is not receiving any payment for the development of this survey and feely donates the time of Arana Pearson to engage with Hearing Voices Network Aotearoa for this work. Keepwell is a training organisation that supports HVN Aotearoa.
