Survey of Paralegal Utilization

The Paralegal Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association is gathering attorney feedback to help us to determine what recommendations or guidelines we can develop to help Association members to make the most effective use of paralegals in their practices. This survey is intended for attorneys who currently utilize paralegals or who are considering doing so in the future.

For purposes, of this survey, the term “paralegal” refers to anyone who works in your organization whom you commonly refer to as a paralegal, who uses the term “paralegal” to describe his or her position, or who performs work functions that you consider to be paralegal in nature.

Your responses will be anonymous. If you have questions about the survey, feel free to contact Amy Johnson, Paralegal Committee Chair, at (501) 492-7172 or adjohnson@arkansasjustice.org. The survey should take no more than five minutes.
