Do you work for one of the most innovative legal departments in the country? If so, we want to hear about it!

In December 2014, InsideCounsel will publish the results of our annual “InsideCounsel 10,” which will profile 10 legal departments that have developed the most innovative ways to solve problems common within the industry. This special lineup will showcase the processes and technologies intelligently deployed by today's in-house legal community.

We are searching for departments that have found the most innovative ways of dealing with issues such as: managing outside counsel, billing or intelligence gathering and has provided business value not only within their organization, but also to clients. Whether your approach to stoking efficiency stems from using technology, optimizing high volume/low complexity tasks or increasing diversity in the department, this is your opportunity to act as a role model for others in the legal community.

If your department has developed an innovative way of dealing with a problem that is unique to corporate legal departments, then click next to answer a short survey and provide us with details.

In 2013, when we asked you to tell us about your creative best practices, you delivered a fascinating array of ideas. Last year's submissions ranged from developing an always-on platform to more efficiently handle the legal needs of a global company to stories that saved legal teams millions on discovery costs.

If your story is selected for InsideCounsel, Associate Editor Chris DiMarco will contact you to setup an interview. We won't publish any of the information you include without first obtaining your permission.

If you have questions, please call Chris at (646) 746-8869, or email cdimarco@insidecounsel.com.

The deadline for completing this nomination is Friday, August 1.

Thank you,
Erin E. Harrison
