Leadership at Every Level

The Forum Corporation is undertaking a research initiative to document the behaviors of effective change leaders. For the purposes of this research, a change leader can be a person at any level in your organization: an individual contributor, first line leader, middle level leader and senior level leader. The survey asks you to identify the leadership skills that distinguish this person from others who are less skilled. To make your ratings specific, we ask you to identify the person by initials.
