2014 Sales Compensation/Performance Management
Thank you for agreeing to take part in CSO Insights' 6th Sales Compensation & Performance Management study. The focus of this study is to determine how companies are designing and implementing their sales compensation plans, what challenges they are encountering administering these programs, and what impact they are having on sales behavior and performance.
After asking you for a few demographic details about your sales force and your marketplace, we will ask for your input in relationship to your firm's sales compensation strategies and tactics.
Your responses will be held in the strictest confidence, and will be used to produce only aggregated summaries of what strategies and tactics are having the biggest impact on improving sales performance. In return for completing this survey, we will send you a complimentary copy of the summary findings when the analysis is completed.
