Community Needs Assessment Survey

The City of Bay City is developing the FY 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  The consolidated plan identifies the City's housing, community development, and economic development short and long term needs, goals, priorities and objectives.

We are inviting residents, neighborhood groups, businesses, developers, and public and private sector service providers to assess community needs in the areas of housing and community development.  The results from the survey will assist the City in determining which community development needs may receive HUD funding for the next five years (2020-2024).

We appreciate your time and thank you for your participation. Responses will be accepted up to:  April 30, 2020.
