The WESTERN WAY Employee Recognition Program recognizes and celebrates Western employees who exemplify "Active Minds Changing Lives" in their daily professional activities.
Goal: To foster community by recognizing an employee's excellence in serving our students, colleagues and guests based on the characteristics unique to Western.
Instructions: Identify one or two of the five unique Western characteristics along with a brief description of the excellence that is being recognized in your submittal. The characteristics that are distinctively Western and which exemplify the WESTERN WAY are:
