12% of survey complete.
We are conducting a brief survey on the physician perspective of problems patients sometimes experience during their initial at home use of an injection device.

The purpose of this survey is to learn more about the issues experienced during their initial use of new injection devices in order to identify better ways to design the devices, instructions, and approaches to patient training.

We hope that you can take 5-10 minutes of your valuable time to help us develop an accurate and comprehensive description of your experience.

Important Note: We would ask you to please refrain from mentioning any specific brands or products while completing this questionnaire.
